TkN delivers team building exercises wherever you need them!
We deliver our team building services at hotels, training centres, conference centres, hostels, in exhibition halls, stadiums, farmers fields, offices, parks, on boats and barges, at venues all over the UK that are suitable for teambuilding.
If you'd like us to locate a venue for you, please ask. We charge an 8% finders fee unless you purchase our team building services. If you have very specific requirements we can suggest some of our preferred venues if you haven't found what you're looking for.
When we're engaged to run outdoor management development projects or an outdoor team building event we may specify the venue, simply because there are few good venues from which to run these events.
On the day, we'll arrive early, set up our exercises without getting in your way, run the event for as long as required, pack up, say "goodbye" and drive away, unless you'd prefer us to socialise. No problem!
What about the weather?
If it's raining we merely don waterproofs and get on with it; if it's snowing we dress very warmly and if the sun shines we put on our shades. During our projects participants sometimes get too hot but they don't get too cold!
Please note: The only day we won't step out is Christmas Day (unless we're going to the Bahamas!) Any other day is fine.
